Credits pay for every generation. Text generation or edits cost 3 credits per request (1 credit with an active subscription), and image generation or edits cost 40 credits each (32 with an active subscription). When you hold several credit types, the credits that expire soonest are always used first.
Pricing is per step:
Regenerating a step or creating extra images is charged at the same rates.

One-time credit packs do not expire. Monthly subscription credits are added each billing cycle and expire at the end of that cycle; unused credits do not carry over. Yearly plans add the full year's credits at once, and those credits expire at the end of the yearly billing period.
Yes. One-time credit packs work on their own and never expire. Keep in mind that subscriber rates, watermark-free export, and custom style upload require an active subscription.
A yearly subscription is paid in full upfront. Its price equals 10 months of the monthly plan, saving the cost of two months compared with paying monthly for a year. All yearly credits are added at the start of the billing period; monthly credits are added each billing cycle.
Yes. With an active subscription, every image you generate can be exported without a watermark, and you can also upload a custom style reference. Free and credit-only exports keep the watermark.
If a generation fails after credits have been charged, the credits used for the failed step are automatically returned to your balance. If your balance does not update, wait a moment and refresh the page; if the credits still have not been returned after a few refreshes, contact us.
You can cancel anytime in your account's billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, no further charges are made, and the current period is not refunded prorated.
We refund billing errors, unauthorized charges, technical failures that prevent delivery of paid features, and purchased credits or subscriptions that were never delivered. Credit packs that have been delivered and are usable are not refundable. To request a refund, email support@occreatorai.com with your account email, order number or transaction ID, purchase date, and reason. The full policy is in the Terms of Service.
