Scope and Model Disclosure
This policy covers content submitted to or generated through the AI features of OC Creator AI.
Our current character generation service uses GPT Image 2 as the underlying image model. Requests may be routed through third-party infrastructure providers for delivery and failover. OC Creator AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.
We use the data needed to process a generation request, such as text prompts, style preferences, generation parameters and, if you upload one, a style reference image. We do not use prompts, generated results, or character data submitted to the Service to train our own AI models.
Acceptable Use
You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You may not use it to generate, upload, or share:
- Illegal, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content.
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, or other adult content, including child sexual abuse material or content that endangers minors.
- Terrorist, extremist, or illegal activity facilitation content.
- Deepfakes, face-swaps, impersonation, or deceptive synthetic media involving real people.
- Characters based on real people without their explicit permission.
- Content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
- Existing commercial intellectual property used for commercial purposes without authorization from the relevant rights holder.
Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, or unnecessary sensitive personal information to the Service.
Safety, Moderation, and Appeals
We use automated safety checks before generation to block or flag policy-violating prompts. When we receive a report, we may review the reported content and related account or task information, then act based on severity and context.
Possible actions include blocking a generation request, removing content, warning an account, temporarily suspending access, or permanently terminating an account for repeated or severe violations.
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, email support@occreatorai.com with the relevant context. We will re-review the case when appropriate.
Copyright and Abuse Reporting
OC Creator AI respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. To report a prohibited-content or abuse issue, email support@occreatorai.com with a description and any relevant evidence. Include your account email and an image or task link if available.
Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@occreatorai.com. Your notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it can be found.
- Your contact information, including address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner, where applicable.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with an explanation and the relevant details.
